Highlands Construction LLC was founded by Brent Hendrix and Will Twaddle—both raised in the Maryville area with deep roots in the community and a shared commitment to quality craftsmanship.

With backgrounds in carpentry, design, and general contracting, we combined our expertise to formalize a passion that had been building for years. As licensed general contractors with over 20 years of combined experience, we believe in building not just beautiful homes, but ones that are functional and sound—homes that stand the test of time.

From custom new construction to renovations and specialty projects, we bring the same level of care and precision to every build. We strive to make every client feel comfortable throughout the entire process—from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.
